positive during their survey over the last three weeks. The survey specifically targeted traders and businesspeople who come in contact with a large number of customers on a day-today basis as part of their business activity.
Of the people who were tested, the ones found positive have been asked to home-quarantine themselves, while patients with comorbidities and severe symptoms were admitted in government and private hospitals. Their shops were sanitised, and they were asked to remain shut for a week at least.

In an absolute shocker, a 26-year-old Indian Navy sailor from Jharkhand, who had been kidnapped in Chennai, was brought to Palghar and allegedly set afire alive after refusing to pay a ransom of Rs 10 lakh, Superintendent of Police (Palghar) Dattatray Shinde said.
