TREMONT — A Mount Carmel man was charged Thursday with causing a crash on June 20 in Foster Township that claimed the life of a woman.
Foster Township Police Chief James Nettles said Ryan Joseph Little, 23, of 505 E. Fifth St., was charged with DUI, DUI-highest rate, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence and involuntary manslaughter.
Little was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi, Tremont, and released on $100,000 unsecured bail pending a preliminary hearing.
Nettles said the crash happened on Route 901 around 7:55 p.m. on a bridge that crosses over Interstate 81. ....
