The manner of death was ruled accidental, according to the update.The crash was reported around 7:30 a.m. in the 14000 block of Dixie Highway.According to the Louisville Metro Police Department, officers learned that a driver going southbound on Dixie crossed over the median into the northbound lanes. The driver, identified as McIntyre, then crashed into an oncoming vehicle.McIntyre was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.The driver of the other car was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Th
