Localities open warming shelters, offer charging stations

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. With so many residents without power following the severe weather, some localities have designated certain county buildings to serve as temporary warming and power charging stations.

Chesterfield County has designated two libraries to help residents without power. Chesterfield Central (7051 Lucy Corr Boulevard) and North Courthouse Road (325 Courthouse Road) libraries will back open Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ....
