A recording from a village meeting Thursday morning captured the incident that sparked Trustee Eudson Tyson Francois outrage. Francois says he sat down next to the mayor, who demanded that he move or leave the meeting. Francois says he did switch seats, but Simon continued to curse and also called the police. The trustee, who is also running for mayor, eventually left the meeting because he says he was feeling harassed. He says this is a pattern of inappropriate behavior that cannot continue.
