Kathryn Louise “Kitty” Oliver, 78,  of Georgetown was born May 16, 1942, to the late Lawrence and Theda Spencer Williams in Belvedere. Kathryn departed this life Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, surrounded by her loved ones at home. Kathryn obtained and maintained her education through the Wilmington Public School system. 
Kathryn was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Yvonne Blue and Theda Grasty; and her husband of 25 years, Charlie Oliver. Kathryn, originally from Wilmington, retired from St. Francis Hospital. She then relocated to Georgetown in 1998, retiring for a second time from Harrington Raceway and Casino. Her final and most rewarding employment was with Telamon as a foster grandmother. ....
