HENDERSON — Junior Andres Prince made history for Crossroads Christian by becoming the first player in the history of both men’s and women’s basketball at the school to be selected to the NCISAA 1A All-State team.
Prince said that his first season at CCS was challenging in numerous ways, both on and off the court, but he felt honored to be recognized by the NCISAA for his on-court achievements and hopes to find more ways to improve ahead of next year.
“I think everything went pretty well overall,” Prince said. “With all of the quarantines that we had to deal with, I think that kind of threw us off and that’s why we didn’t have as much chemistry that we could have had.” ....
