Easton firefighters search for dog believed to have fallen through ice

EASTON -The Easton Fire Department responded to Shovelshop Pond Wednesday morning, Feb. 10 to search for a dog that reportedly fell through the ice, according to Fire Chief Kevin Partridge.
Firefighters were unable to locate the dog and there was a set of animal tracks leading away from the ice.
At approximately 10:35 a.m., Easton Fire received a call from a person who was passing by Shovelshop Pond, on Pond Street, who reported that they saw a dog on the ice and that the dog had fallen through the ice into the water. ....
