(KOLD News 13) - A man is facing an aggravated assault charge after a road-rage incident ended in a fatal shooting in Tucson on Thursday, March 4. The Tucson Police Department said David Anthony Rivera, 31, fired five shots at another vehicle after a near collision near Interstate 19 and West Valencia Road. One of those shots hit Rudolph Vega, 27, in the head. Vega, who was a passenger in the other vehicle, died at a local hospital. Authorities said Rivera may face additional charges. ....
