A cornerstone of Huntsville cuisine is adding a fourth corner. James Boyce, the chef and restauranteur behind downtown mainstays Cotton Row, Commerce Kitchen and Pane e Vino, is opening a new spot at the Village of Providence mixed-use development off Hwy. 72 W.
Grille on Main will open later this month with a menu focused on steaks and seafood, according to a recently-launched Facebook page for the restaurant. “Grille on Main will be serving up true American cuisine with bold southern flavors embracing our country’s roots,” one post on the page reads.

The American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) spent more than a half a million dollars on its two board of directors meetings in fiscal year 2018-2019.
For its winter meeting, the organization flew about 30 board members and ABEM staff some accompanied by family members to Maui and lodged them for about a week at the luxury Fairmont Kea Lani resort.
The total cost was $317,419, according to ABEM budget documents provided to
MedPage Today.
The board has held its winter meeting in Hawaii every year since at least 2003. It also holds summer meetings, usually on the U.S. mainland, at high-end resorts like the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara, California, the Coeur d Alene Resort in Idaho, and the Montage Resort in Park City, Utah.
