Applicants who are selected will be invited to help build and buy their own home, which will be sold at an affordable price that will not be greater than 30 percent of the buyer’s household income. The planned homes are attached row townhomes with garages, three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and will range from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet. The clinic will be administering Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to people with and without appointments. People are welcome to drop in, whether for a first dose, or for a second dose that is a follow-up to a dose received elsewhere.
