RED BLUFF, Calif. - People are flocking to the Tehama County Fairgrounds to take part in all the festivities at the fair this weekend.
It is not only bringing smiles to family’s faces as they are met with carnival rides, funnel cakes, animals and live music, but it is also bringing jobs to people.
Dave Gowan, CEO of Tehama County-Red Bluff Chamber of Commerce, told Action News Now that he is already seeing considerably more traffic in Red Bluff. ....

Red Bluff Round-Up returns Friday

The famous rodeo includes bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling and team roping.
“It’s just a wonderful family event that’s been a tradition in Red Bluff for so long and missing it last year really hurt a lot of us,” said Katt Wilkesmith, a Red Bluff native who is ready to attend this weekend. “We are all just looking forward to it.”
The Round-Up’s return is roping in lots of attention.
“It’s good for this community; they don’t have a lot here,” said Tarena Nielson, who lives in Red Bluff. “It’s a small community, mostly ranchers or cowboys if you look around. I just think it’s going to be good for everybody and uplifting.” ....

Vitalant is looking for blood donors for a blood drive being held on Wednesday, April 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Tehama County Fairgrounds (670 Antelope Boulevard).

Red Bluff, Calif.- Vitalant is looking for blood donors for a blood drive being held on Wednesday, April 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Tehama County Fairgrounds (670 Antelope Boulevard).
