TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. – Tehama County Public Health is making progress, getting its share of vaccine doses to those most vulnerable.
Tehama County Public Health says it s received more than 8000 calls from the community about the covid-19 vaccines. The influx of calls actually broke down the department’s phone system.
Since then, Public Health’s phones are back up and running. Public Health leaders say they’re trying to get people scheduled as quickly as possible. Starting Monday, Tehama County Public Health began scheduling appointments for people 65-years-old and up. ....
