Working from her Nanton home, Julie Swennumson sits not in her home office but at her kitchen table so she can keep her eyes on her 14 seven-week-old labradoodles.
The unusually large litter has been keeping her quite busy while she juggles multiple responsibilities. ....

Thank you to all the people who have supported the Nanton Animal Protection Society (NAPS) through supporting one of our fundraisers, having a Donation Jar in your place of business, held your own fundraising event for NAPS, made a donation in the memory of a loved one, adopted one of our cats or kittens, or made a direct donation to NAPS.
Not a day goes by that NAPS is not affected by the efforts of our very dedicated shelter volunteers, including the daily cuddlers to help socialize our kittens/cats, the laundry person who makes sure that all our bedding is nice and clean, the dedicated volunteers who come in to feed and clean up the kennels (even on a Friday and Saturday evening), and our amazing shelter manager, Theresa Orchard, who keeps it all together. ....
