Ranchi: Ranchi Police on Wednesday said they have seized an iron rod which they suspect was used to dig up an agriculture plot in Chandwe village in order to hide the head of a woman whose body was found naked and beheaded at a forest in Ormanjhi on January 3. The rod was recovered from Shiekh Bilal (who is the prime suspect in the case) house’s in Chandwe village, rural SP Naushad Alam said, adding that mud found on the rod is similar to one found in the plot where the head was buried. Police found the woman’s head on Tuesday and are awaiting the DNA report to ascertain whether it belongs to the body that was found in Ormanjhi. ....
