Fuel saving - KSRTC Vijayapura division bags top spot in country

Vijayapura, Dec 22: In a proud moment for the state, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) Vijayapura division has been acknowledged as a unit that has saved the highest energy (diesel) in the entire country. The Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) has judged the unit as the best in the country as far as conservation of fuel is concerned.
Northeast Karnataka Road Transport Corporation has bagged this award. Out of this unit, offices in Vijayapura divisional office have contributed immensely towards getting this rare honour. ....
