But Crossroads for Women in Moncton is now celebrating after a $100,000 donation from iA Financial Group.
The shelter was one of three organizations nationwide to receive the most votes in the company’s annual philanthropic contest.
Crossroads for Women executive director Chantal Poirier and her colleagues were ecstatic when they found out during a virtual call on Thursday.
“So you can imagine that $100,000 for us makes a huge difference especially during COVID.” ....
