Woman hospitalized after Bridgeport stabbing

BRIDGEPORT A woman was stabbed in the back early Sunday in Bridgeport , police said.
Officers were dispatched around 5:40 a.m. to St. Vincents Medical Center , where they spoke to the victim.
The victim was being treated for two non-life-threatening stab wounds on her back, according to police.
The victim was stabbed at an undisclosed location near the Fairbridge Commons and Klein Memorial area of the city, police said.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the department at 203-581-5100.
