Petros to explore more offshore blocks

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg Johari said Petros was finalising its inaugural petroleum contract and joint operating agreement for Block SK433 with Petra Energy Development Sdn Bhd and joint-venture partner Uzma Energy Venture SK422 Sdn Bhd as the block operator. KUCHING: Petroleum Sarawak Exploration and Production Sdn Bhd (Petros EP) is in a good position to enter into several more offshore Sarawak exploration blocks by end-2021, said Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.

In addressing gridlock in the state, the Oyo State House of Assembly has urged the state government to promote Public Private Partnership (PPP) for the construction of parking lots in public places across the state.
The call was contained in a report presented by the House Committee on Investment Monitoring and State Economic Planning, presented by the committee’s Vice Chairman of the Committee, Honourable Ademola Popoola at Tuesday’s plenary. ....
