Do you have new, unsigned Christmas greeting cards with their envelopes that were uncovered during spring cleaning? The Rotary Club of Westfield-Mayville is in need of donations of such cards as it prepares for its 2021 holiday cards project. Last year this organization led a campaign to sign and deliver 1,918 holiday greeting cards to veterans, senior citizens and residents in area facilities or who were housebound. Any amount of new holiday greeting cards with their envelopes would be appreciated, as the club’s supply was depleted last year. Donations may be dropped off at Blue June Blooms, a flowers and gift shop located at 63 East Main St. in Westfield. ....

The Westfield-Barcelona Chamber of Commerce holds a Christmas window decorating contest each year and 2020 was no exception. As is custom, the merchants brought out their creative displays of Christmas cheer for all to enjoy. There were snowmen, Santas, Antiques, elaborate Christmas trees and painted windows with beautiful lights that made our village shine. In the year that coronavirus took much from us it was much appreciated to see these displays. ....
Jan 7, 2021 WESTFIELD The Westfield Barcelona Chamber of Commerce has named the winners of its 2020 Christmas window decorating contest. Merchants brought out their creative displays of Christmas cheer for all to enjoy. There were snowmen, Santas, antiques, elaborate Christmas trees and painted windows with Christmas lights. Each year a special committee of chamber board members meets to decide on the seasons best. The first place winner of a $50 Shoptauqua gift card was Shannon Ryan, owner of Custom Cuts. The second place winner of a $30 Shoptauqua card was Lakeshore Savings. T.W. Biggens with its purple tree took third place and a $20 Shoptauqua gift card. ....
