HAILAKANDI: A workshop on Dhamail and Bihu dances organized by the Culture Centre, Hailakandi under the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Assam, in collaboration with the district administration and Bandana Sangeet Mahavidalaya, came to an end at Blue Flowers English Medium High School here on Saturday, stated a press release.
The seven-day workshop began on February 21. Many budding artistes from various parts of the district learnt the finer nuances of Dhamail and Bihu dances. Certificates were given away to those who successfully completed the training programme. ....
