After three years in hiding, Tacloban City’s rank 2 most wanted for murder, Mark Anthony Lorenzo, was arrested in Balanga City, Bataan on January 17.
Justino Saquin Sr., 66, listed as the top 5 most wanted person in Leyte province for five counts of rape, was arrested in Tanza, Cavite on January 16.
No bail bonds were recommended to the three accused, according to the report from the Police Regional Office (PRO)-Eastern Visayas. ....
