Neiman Marcus ex-leader joins ShopWorn

Frank Crisci, former merchandising VP and chief merchant at Neiman Marcus Last Call, is joining e-commerce platform ShopWorn as user experience advisor, a newly-created role.
He will be responsible for leading ShopWorn s expansion of the luxury e-commerce experience and focusing on strategies to recreate the in-person shopping ambiance in the online environment, according to a press release.
Every brand and retailer deals with the headache of unsold inventory, Crisci said in the release. When I was introduced to the ShopWorn business model, it clicked instantly. This is what luxury retail needs right now, especially since the pandemic has irreversibly disrupted the supply chain.
