Link Mobility to take over Italy s Amm

Norway s Link Mobility Group Holding has announced an agreement to acquire around 81 percent of Italian mobile communications company AMM in a transaction that values the company at EUR 18.7 million. In a statement, Link said it the transaction is expected to close this month, adding that it will subsequently launch a mandatory offer for the remaining shares with a view to becoming a leading CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) provider in the Italian market and continuing to deliver on its stated M&A strategy.
