SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department (SPD) responded to the area of 747 Marley Lane in Seymour in reference to a possible sexual assault on Friday.
When officers arrived they say a 15-year-old girl told them that she had been sexually assaulted. Detectives conducted interviews and based on information gained, investigators obtained a search warrant for a residence on Green Circle Avenue in Village Green Mobile Home Park.
Due to the severity of the crime and the criminal history of the suspect, SPD S.W.A.T. executed the search warrant and arrested Christopher D. Blum, 31, of Seymour. ....
