Didn't march to Red Fort: Student body | Ludhiana News


PATIALA: With some farmer leaders blaming some student organisations for the protest at the Red Fort in Delhi on Republic Day, a student body on Wednesday refuted the allegations and claimed that they were not present in the protest at the fort.
The Democratic Student Organisation (DSO) claimed that none of their member was present at the Red Fort.
The students’ body alleged that Kirti Kisan Union leader who had levelled the allegations had earlier remained the state president of Punjab Student Union and thus was misusing the farmers’ stage to attack the old rivals. The student leaders claimed that since the beginning of the farmers’ agitation in Punjab, they had extended their support to farmer unions to form unity in the fight against the farm laws. ....
