Food drive set for Saturday at Riley Creek U.M. church
Drive-up food drive: 10 a.m.-noon, Riley Creek United Methodist Church, 7102 Road M, Ottawa.
OTTAWA Riley Creek United Methodist Church, 7102 Road M, Ottawa, will conduct a drive-up, drop-off food drive from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 24. Drivers will not need to leave their vehicles. Volunteers will collect the items and put them on a truck for delivery to the food pantries.
The greatest need is for the following non-perishable items: canned meat, noodles, spaghetti and sauce, tuna, crackers, peanut butter, canned vegetables, canned fruit, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, hygiene supplies, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo. Cash will also be accepted. ....
