New Delhi: Job seekers are likely to get more calls for interviews in the coming months as more companies are now intending to increase their headcount in the June quarter compared to the current quarter, reveals a survey by staffing firm ManpowerGroup.
About 12% of the 2,375 employers covered in the latest Manpower-Group Employment Outlook Survey said they will hire more people in the quarter, compared with 8% in the January-March period. About 2% of companies said they planned to slash headcount while 53% expected no change to their payroll and 33% said they were unsure, the ....

MUMBAI: With the market recovering gradually there is optimism among employers as 26 per cent of recruiters interviewed expect hiring to rebound to the pre-COVID levels within next 3-6 months while 34 per cent opined it may take six months to one year, according to a survey.
