EARLIER: Authorities are investigating whether foul play was involved in the death of a person found in a burning apartment Thursday night.
Birmingham police East Precinct officers and Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service responded shortly after 9:30 p.m. to a report of an apartment fire in the 100 block of Wood Station Place, said Officer Truman Fitzgerald early Friday. ....
