Phase 1 Stage 1 (T6-17-177) has already been completed.
The next stage (T6-20-211) will be cleared this week after the developer gave the required 48 hours notice.
The remaining stage (T6-20-507) is with council waiting on additional information from the applicant.

Friends of the Foundry released design renderings on Wednesday in collaboration with local architects demonstrating what the future of the Dominion Foundry site could look like.
Community groups, local architects and designers have revealed design concepts for the much-contested Dominion Foundry that would preserve heritage elements while still providing affordable housing.
The designs – one was released February 24 in collaboration with community advocate group Friends of the Foundry and another was unveiled a day later – come after weeks of legal battles and protests over the Ford government’s plan to demolish the West Don Lands site. ....

Court says province has to hold off on demolition of heritage buildings at Toronto's Foundry site

An Ontario judge has ruled that the province cannot proceed with the demolition of a group of heritage buildings in Toronto’s West Don Lands pending a decision next month.
“Friends of the Foundry are very relieved that today’s decision by J. Corbett of the Ontario Divisional Court will protect the Dominion Foundry buildings from further damage at least until a full hearing at the end of February,” community group Friends of the Foundry said in a statement Friday evening.
The buildings at 153-185 Eastern Avenue are on the former site of the Dominion Wheel and Foundries Company (known locally as the Foundry site). ....
