《金融》集保視訊輔助股東會平台上線逾10家申請採用 - 財經

金管會因應全台疫情三級警戒，規範公發公司於5月24日至6月30日間暫停召開股東會，延至7月1日至8月31日召開。其中，符合4項條件的公發公司，在8月16～31日間可採實體股東會輔以視訊方式召開，視訊輔助部分應採用集保提供平台。
集保配合金管會政策建置「視訊輔助股東會平台」，自7月14～31日間受理符合條件的公發公司申請使用。截至7月底，集保已收到超過10家公司申請採用，包括友達、嘉泥、三商壽、臺鹽、精誠、中裕、茂林-KY、大慶證、三竹、資拓宏宇等。
集保總經理朱漢強表示，今年為「視訊輔助股東會平台」上線首年，集保將全力協助公發公司，讓世界看到台灣企業豐沛的防疫能量，以安全又便利的數位零接觸方式，使股東與公司間維持暢通溝通橋樑。
集保特別在官網設置「視訊輔助股東會平台專區」、錄製平台操作步� ....
