British Columbia exceeded 5,000 COVID-19 vaccinations a day on Wednesday, as health officials promise 150,000 jabs by the end of the month.
The provincial health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, said 5,456 people were vaccinated between noon Tuesday and noon Wednesday. All will need a second shot within a month.
