THE Philippine National Police (PNP) is now gearing up its security plans for the rollout of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) vaccines.
In the 30th PNP foundation day activities at the Police Regional Office (PRO)-Cordillera in Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, PNP Chief Police General Debold Sinas said the organization has submitted its security program to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the transfer of the vaccines from the hub to the vaccination centers and sites.
Aside from the plan that we have submitted, we are also ready with our Regional Health Service Units and its doctors and nurses in the event their services will be required. We will be able to provide the service that may be requested from them and as of now, we are more concerned on the security of the transfer and the site where the vaccine will be implemented, Sinas said. ....
