BISWANATH CHARIALI: The eleventh Smriti Udyan (memorial park) in Chariali Higher Secondary and Multipurpose School was officially inaugurated on Sunday by MLA of Biswanath, Pramod Borthakur. In the inaugural meeting presided over by Vishnu Upadhyay, President of the School Management Committee, the MLA said that the memory of those who had died would come alive with the opening of the park.
