Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve, 11929 Beech St. NE, Alliance, is hosting a virtual fundraiser by auctioning off 32 gift baskets now through March 28 using the online auction platform 32auctions. The online basket fundraiser is replacing raffle at the annual Garden Symposium, which has been canceled this year due to the pandemic.
The baskets are being auctioned off in groups of five and six, with items donated by local businesses, such as restaurants, salons, TerraKi Teaware, Pet Supplies Plus, Stark Parks, Hartville Hardware, garden centers and Ameriprise Financial, among others.
There are two auctions a week, each auction running for three days. Each week, the two separate auctions run from 7 a.m. Tuesday through 9 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday through 9 p.m. Sunday. ....
