The resident provided Anderson PD with a surveillance video. In the video, a shirtless white man arrived in a black SUV, walked up to their porch, and stole the package. Officers said they were able to identify the suspect vehicle’s license plate.
On Dec. 16, an Anderson Police officer located the suspect’s vehicle from the theft on Olinda Road and Peter Pan Gulch Road.
The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver, 40-year-old Stephanie Walton. Police said Walton was found to have an active warrant for her arrest, a suspended driver’s license, and was in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. ....
