According to sources cited by the Taiwanese site Digitimes (paywalled article), Apple will launch the fifth-generation iPad Pro in a matter of weeks.
The iPad Pro will probably be the first Apple product with a screen based on mini-LED, a new kind of backlight that provides better colour reproduction, deeper blacks, higher contrast and greater dynamic range. It s believed, however, that only the 12.9in model will get this feature, and that the 11in model will be left behind for now. ....
