New Bedford Concession Stand up for Grabs at Fort Taber Park
Are you looking to start a small food concession? The City of New Bedford has an opportunity at the Fort Taber Park Concession Stand.
New Bedford is soliciting proposals to operate and manage a refreshment concession stand at Fort Taber. The proposals for the 2,400 square-foot building can come from private individuals, nonprofit corporations, and/or for-profit corporations.
This proposal would be for a one-year, seasonal agreement “granting the successful Proposer the contract to provide refreshment services at Fort Taber with a city-retained option to extend/add seasonal terms. The agreement is expected to commence on May 1, 2021, and terminate October 1, 2021.” The City reserves an option to extend the concession year and/or add two additional one-year, seasonal terms (2022 and 2023) based on the proposals received and prices agreed upon by the parties. ....
