CAGAYAN – A memorandum of agreement (MOA) has been signed between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), a provincial inter-agency committee on the rehabilitation of Cagayan River, and two private parties to dredge the longest river in the Philippines.
A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Cagayan River Restoration project has been formally signed between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Great River North Consortium, Inc. and Riverfront Construction Inc. at the conference hall DENR Region 2 Tuguegarao CIty.
