Third Vietnam Young Talent Congress opens
At the event
The third Vietnam Young Talent Congress opened in Hanoi on December 13, with the attendance of 400 delegates.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan said over the past five years, over 1.1 million outstanding young people and teenagers have been commended and honoured by the HCYU, associations and organisations.
He hoped that the congress would gather young talents at home and abroad to fulfill the aspiration for national construction and development. ....
