Gently used bra donations to help fight human trafficking

Last year, the Women’s Club of Milton was able to collect 100 bras to benefit the Free the Girls project that fights human trafficking. SUBMITTED PHOTO
The Women’s Club of Milton Environmental Committee is collecting new and gently used bras for Free the Girls, an international nonprofit devoted to assisting sex-trafficking survivors with a path to true freedom.
The donations give economic opportunity for these women to start their own businesses by selling bras in their local secondhand clothing markets while they recover and rebuild their lives. The organization currently works in El Salvador, Mozambique and Costa Rica. ....
