LANSDALE — Roughly 3,400 appointment slots are still available for a COVID-19 vaccination clinic happening this weekend at North Penn High School in Lansdale.
“We are at a tipping point in our county where more than half of our residents have received at least one dose of vaccine,” Skippack Pharmacy owner Dr. Mayank Amin told MediaNews Group. “To reach herd immunity, it’s going to take more than half to get there.”
The Schwenksville-based pharmacy is once again hosting the large scale clinic from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the high school, located at 1340 S. Valley Forge Road, according to volunteer Allie Galoozis. ....
