Kudos to Mysuru City Traffic Police for their  action in apprehending the minors and their parents for all sorts of traffic rules violations (apropos the news item “Law catches up with underage drivers”  in SOM dated Feb.28).    
Minors  definitely cannot ride a vehicle without the knowledge or  permission of their  parents or  guardians. Because of peer pressure or wrong influence,  minors commit traffic rules violations. It is the responsibility of the elders to guide them correctly. Both the minors and their parents or guardians deserve to be punished strictly as per the law when the traffic rules are violated. ....
