Staff The Investment Management Corp. of Ontario is launching its second structured pool of assets, the IMCO Global Public Equity pool, valued at $17.3 billion. The investment manager launched its first structured pooled fund in November 2020. “In a short period of time, IMCO has made tremendous progress on our mandate to provide Ontario public-sector institutions with world-class investment management services,” said Bert Clark, president and chief executive officer of the IMCO, in a press release. “This second pool expands our global reach, providing our clients access to enhanced investment strategies, new markets and new products.” The IMCO plans to launch an emerging markets public equity pool in the coming months to its clients, with pools for private markets to follow. ....
