Charlottesville City Manager shares Parks and Rec Plan

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Charlottesville’s City Manager says there is some concern that the city won’t be able to get facilities fully staffed for spring and summer, which means some wouldn’t open.
Chip Boyles shared his concern with city councilors Monday night.
Baseball fields are already open, with 100 percent compliance with COVID-19 protocols so far. Pools are set to open on a staggered schedule, with Washington Park scheduled to open first on May 29. ....
