Strathpine man Ashley Brent Ledez, 40, was receiving treatment for a terminal kidney disease at the Royal Brisbane and Women s Hospital on January 25 when he violently lashed out at a nurse who was trying to help him. Pine Rivers Magistrates Court heard Ledez was semi-conscious while the nurse held some gauze on his bleeding leg.
