THE Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department of Punjab has failed to provide registration number plates to automobile owners, particularly of cars and motorbikes, despite having collected the fee from them months ago.
The intensity of negligence can be gauged from the fact that those who had applied for registration in 2019 have not received the plates to date.
