City Manager Greg Doyon announced Capt. Jeff Newton, Lt. Doug Otto and interim Police Chief Rob Moccasin as the final candidates being considered for the Great Falls Police Chief position during the City Commission meeting Tuesday evening. 
Doyon said he interviewed each of the candidates last week and that the initial interviews went really well. He said these three candidates will advance to the next round of the process that will take place in “about a week and a half.” 
“It s going to be a three day process to go through and we ll see where that leads,” Doyon said. 
Doyon said the next phase will involve interviews with three panels, one with their colleagues and department heads, another interview with representatives from neighborhood councils and the last will be a community panel with people that “live and reside here in the community.” ....
