Gauteng Health Department The High Court in Pretoria dismissed Masuku’s application to challenge the SIU’s findings in relation to the Gauteng personal protective equipment (PPE) scandal.
Masuku and suspended Presidency spokesperson Khusela Diko were implicated in tender corruption worth R125 million in Gauteng last year.
The SIU report found that Masuku had failed to provide oversight and to uphold the Constitution and regulations in the Public Finance Management Act. ....
