Property One, Inc. founders sell company to senior staff
Property One, Inc. founders Paul Dastugue III and Quentin Dastugue have sold the firm to three senior staff members.
Michele Casi, managing director of property management, is now CEO of the Metairie-based company. Paul Langenwalter III, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, will continue in that role as an owner. Matt Taylor, managing director of brokerage, has been appointed president.
Paul Dastugue and Quentin Dastugue, brothers who founded the firm in 1985, will serve in advisory roles and focus on their personal philanthropic, civic and real estate projects, a news release said. ....
